You may also send texts, manage the screen’s brightness, or make a movie from the movies you’ve recorded. You get the idea.
Accessing smartphones would become a lot faster with mind control. Opening an app no longer requires you to look and pull down the top of the screen with your finger. You could do any task in an instant.
Though we’re still a significantly long way from making something like this a reality, researchers are making strides in this area. In 2017, Facebook’s Building 8 division worked on a system that let users type with their minds. However, by the end of 2018, Building 8 was closed as the business failed.
MIT researchers are also working on a similar project using a tool called AlterEgo that enables users to communicate with robots merely through their thoughts. Standard glasses might replace smartphones in their present form. I know that failed products such as Google Glass have already been launched. But the item I’m thinking of goes beyond Google’s side project. It is much like Iron Man’s futuristic face shield, which is controllable in the blink of an eye. All the information, music, sending texts, and even taking calls are made possible through these futuristic glasses.
The glasses would make use of Bone Conduction Technology or another cutting-edge technology. Naturally, it would include a camera in the spectacles.
